MANTRA'S TO FIND DAILY DOSE OF HAPPINESS

We do search for happiness each and everyday. Right?  Have you ever felt days are going same? I do think so. May be you have really wished for a change. May be you are too bored of the same schedule in life.

That's why I chose travelling. If you like to Wander, things won't appear the same anymore. you'll be experiencing new each day. But think about this. What if you have to stay somewhere long for a while? what if your job needs more concentration or if you fell in to that tight schedules  of work?  How are you going to be happy? Where to find happiness then? That's what we are talking about. Happiness should come from within. You are your own source of Happiness even if your life stopped moving.

Let's Discuss what you can do.

1. Practicing Self care- It's my Mantra No.1. When you take care of yourself, do something new to your body, pamper yourself, stress and anxiety levels will be going down. You will be confident each day.

2. Controlling Social Media- Set a time to use Social media and stick to that rule. when you find constant pressure to use it, engage in some other activities that will give you pleasure. Disengaging from social media will help you to understand the real world around you. This will give you a new perspective.

3. That 7-9 hours of Sleep - Keep in mind, it is sleep that makes you prepared for the next day. Allow your body to take enough rest. Never skip your sleep like how you never skip your meals.

4. Enjoy your food-  Enjoying is a feeling. it should be felt inside. whatever you eat, enjoy it. Enjoy its taste, explore that smell. Have gratitude for that meal. Studies show that showing gratitude improves your mental health and happiness. Have nutrient rich, healthy foods other than junks. Love what you eat.

5.Try Journaling- Writing a journal might feel difficult first, but trust me, if you start it for once this will give you happiness. write whatever you feel, your changes in life, what made you happy/sad, write anything that's personal. This will bring you balance over your emotions.

6.Meditating for a while- you might have seen this statement in many of the blogs. But why do they suggest you meditation? Its because, meditating early morning improves your focus and concentration. you will be feeling yourself for a while. This makes you calm enough.

7. Wake up Early- That feels difficult. Right?  But isn't it good to go for work if you start early? isn't it good if you rise early and relax before you start your tight schedule? So you won't rush. This will bring you Happiness.
